Blog Interview, YOU the Brand – Lisa Settle

How would you describe your personal brand?

I hope the World about me sees me as an authentic and loyal supporter.

What values are important to you?

Trust, honesty, loyalty and high standards

How do you reflect these in your Personal Image?

I am naturally supportive and annoyingly organised

Describe your company brand image.

Telcare’s brand has been built around being ‘Customer Focused’ with trust, reliability and high standards at our core.

How do you ensure your staff share your values and represent these values in the way they look, sound, feel and behave?

Leading by example, training and lots of employee engagement

What do you do to relax?

I find a change of environment helps me to relax. Maybe going out for a walk, out on my bike or meeting friends or family for a cuppa or a meal and a good chat.

How well does your wardrobe reflect your lifestyle?

Quite well, there are many options in my wardrobe, smart business like clothes, pretty girly items to casual snuggly jumpers and jeans. I don’t like being restricted to one style, just like in life I am always looking for different options.

What is your favourite thing in your wardrobe and why?

I have an old navy blue woollen jumper, which is the epitome of comfort

What is the least worn item in your wardrobe and why?

High heeled shoes – I can’t balance in them

Describe your look in 3 words?

Smart, traditional, feminine

What is you your style secret?

Try it on!  Don’t discount something that looks plain on a hanger, it may look completely stunning when you try it on.

When you are getting ready for an evening out which song do you put on, your Style soundtrack?

I have various tracks that I love but it has to be something I can dance to.  Something Got Me Started by Simply Red is a favourite.

What is your proudest moment?

Proudest style moment? Has to be my wedding dress, I searched and searched until I got it right.  It was a pale pink dress that I still love to this day.

Proudest moment in general – completing the Vietnam to Cambodia bike ride.
