Professional, modern, smart, confident

Professionalism, honesty, integrity, caring
How do you reflect these in your Personal Image?
I always dress smart and professional, no matter what the occasion. I also always ensure that I add a splash of colour with my shoes, jewellery or an accessory, such a scarf.
Describe your company brand image.
My company brand image is fun, professional and creative, I chose the colour purple to represent my brand as it is a bright vibrant colour, that not many people use to represent their company, making it quite unique. I feel that purple represents me, as it represents ambition and creativity, which I have always had.
How do you ensure your staff share your values and represent these values in the way they look, sound, feel and behave?
I pass on my values within my company, by maintaining a vibrant and motivating workspace. I often give my employees targets to meet with a reward if they achieve them to maintain motivation within the office.
What do you do to relax?
I often read in the evening to relax or take my dogs for an evening walk. When you are running your own business, this can often be hard, however, you must ensure that you get an hour or so in the evening to yourself to wind down and relax.
How well does your wardrobe reflect your lifestyle?
The majority of my wardrobe is based around a professional, work based image. This is because although most people’s work day will finish at 5, I attend networking events in the evening, have TV appearances or attend meetings.
What is your favourite thing in your wardrobe and why?
My favourite thing to wear would be my red lipsy dress. I love this dress because I feel that it makes a statement, I feel bold, Vibrant, confident and full of colour.

When I am standing on stage in front of a crowd of people and sharing my message with others.
