How would describe your personal brand?

Inspiring people to live a better life.

What values are important to you?

Integrity, making a difference, having fun and creativity.

How do you reflect these in your Personal Image?

I wear a lot of dresses, my style is very feminine. When I’m with clients I love elegant clothes.

Describe your company brand image.

I am a lifestyle and business coach and founded Trifolium as I help people to love their life, body and soul. I help people find personal and professional freedom & I coach network marketing professionals to build profitable and sustainable businesses. I work with Arbonne and help clients reduce their toxic load by switching to pure, safe, beneficial products.

I am committed to raising awareness about domestic abuse and use my business as a vehicle to raise funds for domestic abuse charities. This is important to me because I used to lead on developing domestic abuse services across East Sussex, I met many people who lived with domestic abuse and hearing their stories inspired me to continue doing what I can to make a difference.

My company brand image is very aligned with my personal brand and values, this was achieved through a brand development process undertaken by the Rare Skills Set (http://www.therareskillsset.com) and my beautiful logo created by http://www.webberdesign.co.uk My new website with branding will be launched over the next few months.

What do you do to relax?

My favourite thing to do is read, I’m a total book-worm. I love reading self-development books, and I think the world would be an even better place if everyone invested in their own self-development to live their best life.  One of my favourite books is “ Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill. A classic that everyone should read at least 4 or 5 times!

Reading, meditating, and going for walks across the downs are my favourite things to do to relax when I am at home.

How well does your wardrobe reflect your lifestyle?

I get really good value out of my wardrobe, however, I need more designer clothes to support my lifestyle. I’m lucky to travel to Las Vegas with my business partner a couple of times a year, and she loves shopping, so she inspires me to try out new brands and styles there.

What is you favourite thing in your wardrobe and why?

I have a selection of DVF dresses, I love her designs. My absolute favourite is a navy dress because I know the colour and shape suits me so I feel confident in it.

What is the least worn item in your wardrobe and why?

This feels like a confession. I went and had a look. There are a number of items that my mother has bought me over the years that haven’t been worn. Let’s just say we have very different tastes!

Describe your look in 3 words?

Smart, elegant, feminine.

What is you your style secret?

Having my colours done moved me out of my almost entirely black wardrobe. Discovering that black was not a good colour for me was devastating. I do rebel and wear it, though. It makes so much difference to your skin tone when you are wearing the right colours. Everyone should have their colours done.

When you are getting ready for an evening out which song you put on, your Style soundtrack?

I love my life, by Robbie Williams, because I do.

What is your proudest moment?

On a personal level, I have two teenage sons and giving birth to and raising them are my proudest moments. They are an absolute joy.

On a professional level, being recognised at a National Conference with Arbonne for my business growth is my proudest moment. A huge thank you to all my wonderful clients and business partners.
