Deborah Turner - Business Woman
Deborah Turner describes herself as a multipotentialite, running two very different companies and actively championing women in business.
Deborah is an image consultant, specialising in Personal Branding, having trained with the UK's leading Image Consultancy practice in London in 2007.
Deborah’s first career is property professional. A chartered surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 25 years experience, she advises companies on how to create Property Strategies and how best to manage and fully utilise their property portfolios.
She is the Champion for Women in Business for the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) Kent, a member of the FSB Diversity Taskforce and Co-Founder of Breakthrough Women, a not for profit organisation celebrating women in business and raising the visibility of women succeeding in business.
Having worked for many years in a male dominated environment for many years she is fully aware of the challenges that women wishing to succeed can face in the workplace. Showcasing female role models, mentoring younger women and encouraging diversity and equality for all are all issues Deborah strives to support.
Deborah works with ambitious individuals including business owners and senior professionals who need to raise their visibility, stand out and to perfectly present themselves. She runs workshops; tailored training sessions and works on a one to one basis to show people how to make the perfect 1st Impression, be memorable and to get noticed.
Deborah's foundation to success for an effective personal image is built on increasing self-esteem and confidence and her approach is fun, authentic, effective, positive and motivational.
